PLEASE READ FULL EMAIL AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
We will start collecting your iPad and textbooks starting from May 26th - May 29th. We ask you to stick to your scheduled return time and to please make sure you are wearing a mask and following social distancing guidelines. For iPad returns, we will be collecting at the gym entrance on West St. For textbooks, we will be collecting at the double doors outside of the textbook room on West St. near the cafeteria lunch pickup. NO STUDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ROAM ON CAMPUS FOR SAFETY REASONS.
Your scheduled time for returning your technology is on PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE. Your scheduled time for returning your textbooks is on PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE.
Once you are done with your first appointment whether it be returning your textbooks or iPad, you will then head to your next appointment.
EX: If you are scheduled to turn in your technology from 8:00 to 8:30 and you finish by 8:10. You will then go get in line to return your textbooks.
Below are the steps we need you to complete before turning in your iPad. Remember to back up any pictures, documents, notes, etc. to a personal email account. If you need help with this, please submit a tech request to email@example.com Before you turn in your iPad, we will be checking to make sure the steps below were completed.
Remember, any iPads not returned will result in a fee added to your Senior bill and you will not be allowed to receive your diploma.

BEFORE returning your iPad
SIGN OUT OF iCLOUD (time needed: ~3 mins)
Open Settings > iCloud > Sign OutClick “Delete” if you are asked to remove or delete anything.Type in your App Store password, then push “Turn Off”.
UPDATE YOUR iPad (time needed: ~40 mins after download)
- Open Settings > General > Software Update
- If you see an update available, push “Download and Install”. Once the update is finished downloading, install it. Your screen will display the Apple logo for about 15 minutes then return to normal. (The update will only install if your battery power is more than 50%).
ON RETURN DAY
Make sure you have your iPad, your iPad case and all the parts, your original charging cable and power adapter. Third-party chargers will NOT be accepted. Make sure your iPad is fully charged when you return it. May sure to remove any stickers you may have added to your case. If your iPad is NOT CHARGED, you will not be assisted and will delay your ability to receive your diploma.
For textbook returns:
Please do not bring consumables, unless they are barcoded and were checked out to you. Please remove all papers from textbooks prior to dropping them off. Please remove batteries from calculators prior to dropping off.
