Monterey Countywide Spelling Bee Megan Sacyat, 8th grader from Main Street Middle School placed second in the 2018 Monterey Countywide Spelling Bee . She is a two-time champion. Megan correctly spelled parsonage, indentation, estimate, scriptural, processed, introduce, secrete, trodden, morality, infancy, nenuphar, menhaden, prosciutto, sachem, Fahrenheit, kirtle, ubiquitous, eulogy, acronym, hazard and craggy. Congratulations to Megan! We are all very proud of you and an inspiration for other students.
