California law requires school districts to notify parents/guardians each year, and upon enrollment, about the Language Acquisition Programs available for English Learners (ELs). This ensures all families understand their options and rights under Proposition 58 and EC §§ 305–310. This form describes the programs offered in Soledad USD, including goals, teaching methods, language use, research basis, and the parent request process. Parents may choose the program they believe best supports their child.
The Soledad Unified School District Board of Trustees is in the process of conducting an Executive Search for
