On Saturday, January 27, 2018, Soledad Unified School District hosted an Educational Workshop for anyone interested in becoming a teacher. There were about 50 people in attendance and representatives from Brandman University, Hartnell Community College, CSUMB and National University were there to talk to the 50 attendees about everything needed to become a teacher and/or a substitute. Thank you to the Monterey County Office of Education for organizing this event to try to inspire people to join in the teaching profession.
